My little girl has been addicted with grapes for the past few weeks and as usual no matter what fruits you about to consume, you just have to rinse it before you eat, to ensure you wash out whatever dirt or material that can be found on it skin.
Like what we know, grape is usually consume along with it skin and it usually came with this obvious whitey spot on it. I have tried to wash it with running water only still can not get rid of those spot and you definitely can not use any washing soap unless you are sure it is safe for our tummy.
I remember about this article emailed by a friend of mine long time ago about the best way to wash grapes before consuming it, using TOOTHPASTE. Yes, it is the usual toothpaste we use daily to brush our teeth and it is definitely safe for our body. All you need is just a pinch of toothpaste, a bin for washing and running water to clean those whitey spot and your grapes are ready to be consumed.

Here I have taken a step by step picture for clearer understanding on what should be done. Also included a comparing picture of BEFORE and AFTER the washing process. You can see more obvious comparison on the dark colour grape.
